Published again!

Finally back from a long vacation which was fantastic. I'll reflect on that in upcoming posts.

Network Magazine just published a second article I wrote called Take My Social Security Number--Please! The last article generated plenty of controversy including a topic on SlashDot. We'll see how this one fares, since I had encountered plenty of reaction to these ideas previously, often a knee jerk government or privacy concern fare, I expect plenty from this as well. What I didn't realize was how much mail I had to answer from the publisher on the last article.

I was also interviewed by Susan Schaibly of Network World Magazine in an article that spotlights network engineers who blog. Don't miss the link for other interviewed bloggers.
