1. The Economy
McCain and Palin understand the basics of our economy. Raising taxes is the single best way to harm a faltering economy. Reducing spending is the first necessary step. Taxing business and the rich just leads to job losses as businesses and the wealthy find happier places to work from. The ironic historic trend is that a reduction in taxes leads to greater government revenue.
McCain is past needing to build personal wealth and reputation and understands life's greater issues. He has a solid reputation for credibility and fighting corruption and this will be his legacy. Palin is such a genuine person that Washington and the media have no idea what to make of her. She will make a great president in 2012.
McCain has the experience to lead our country. Foreign leaders will not push him around. When he was asked about preconditions for a president meeting face to face with adversaries his response was right on.
