The Dark Side loses another

Eventually the hypocrisy of the left is revealed. Keith Thompson describes his departure from the Dark Side:

Leading voices in America's "peace" movement are actually cheering against self-determination for a long-suffering Third World country because they hate George W. Bush more than they love freedom.

I have come to believe, and gladly join with others who have discovered for themselves, that the single most important thing a genuinely liberal person can do now is walk away from the house the left has built.

Anyone can escape the Dark Side which is 'GroupThink' whether liberal, libertarian or conservative. You hold a differing opinion? That is healthy and to be encouraged - but portraying your belief as one thing and intending something very different is deceptive at best and most likely leading to corruption.

I've always said that any organizations needs at least one heretic. Most organizations are not prepared to have dissenters aboard, however.
